The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to leading Australia's clean energy transition, building the energy super-highways and enabling nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
In your new role as Project Coordinator you will be responsible for representing the Community and Policy business unit with the development and rollout of the new intranet program. The role will report to the Program Advisor and coordinate various aspects of communication elements of the new software, quality control of documents transferred and necessary rebranding.
Duties and Responsibilities
As the Project Coordinator you will:
- Assist the project advisor and project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
- Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents.
- Meeting with internal stakeholders to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines.
- Be the liaison between the project team and internal stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Help project managers monitor project progress and team members' performance providing updates to project stakeholders.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
- Coordinate the refresh and rebrand of documents transferred to the new software.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field (required).
- Three or more years of experience in project coordination.
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and juggle multiple responsibilities at once.
- Have a keen attention to detail for ensuring the project meets all the business' standards and goals.
