Role overview:
We are looking for a experienced fitout and refurb. Project Manager to join our growing team in Port Melbourne. The role will see you working on Agero’s major fit out projects. Our Project Manager role starts with taking a project from Pre-Construction, through procurement and executing on time and on budget with an experienced site team..
Ideal candidate:
Our ideal candidate is someone experienced in Cost Planning, Project, Contract and Design Management ideally having worked within the office and industrial refurbishment + fitout space.

Ideal skills/Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Management role ideally in fitout
- Pre Construction, Cost Planning, Design Management and Contract Administration
- Project Planning including methodology, budgets and quality management.
- Construction techniques, leadership of project team, resourcing and a strong safety aptitude
- Ability to read/understand construction documentation
- Strong Client facing skills including communication and managing commercial outcomes.
- Trade or tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or Engineering

- Managing multiple fitout projects
- Managing and Reporting Cost, Time, HSEQ and Teams
- Driving the best outcomes /solutions
- Mentoring junior team members
- Client relationship management
- Managing contracts for adjustments, claims and letting
