Qualifications & experience
- - Experience in a dynamic, fast paced small business environment is essential. Computer literacy and Job Management Software experience is needed
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering Phone, first point of contact
- Job Conversions in Job Management System
- Ordering of Additonal Materials for Jobs
- Site Inductions on behalf of Field Staff
- ISO data management (we are Certified 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Various ad hoc Data and Admin tasks as part of the team
