Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and site teams.
- Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings.
- Manage project correspondence, emails, and communications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Maintain accurate records of project finances, budgets, and expenses.
- Facilitate procurement processes and monitor subcontractor agreements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in construction Project Administration is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is advantageous.
