About The Role
Right now, we are looking for a Property Coordinator to join the team at FIP Group.
No Property Management experience required.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in securing suitable accommodations for our employees
- Maintaining compliance with deed requirements for all properties
- Acting as a liaison between our central office and site teams to address accommodation requirements and concerns
- Managing and updating the property database to guarantee 100% accuracy, improving operational efficiency
- Undertaking various tasks critical to our mission of providing top-notch property coordination services
About You
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels.
You will also have:
- Knowledge of real estate/property legislation is desirable
- Property management experience is preferred
- Ability to travel interstate and intrastate on occasion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A drive to deliver, passion, and persistence!
