Your new role
As the Receptionist of our Melbourne office, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our client spaces.
As well as meeting and greeting clients, your variety of work will include:
- Answer and screen calls and take messages
- Manage daily mail and couriers
- Maintain stationery, office and kitchen inventory levels
- Set up and maintain impeccable client spaces and meeting rooms
- Archive, file and copy legal documents
- Assist Personal Assistant team
- Help with office events
You will bring to the role:
- Your personable and authentic approach to client service
- Great communication skills
- A polished and confident phone manner
- Adaptability and experience in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office understanding and confidence adapting to new systems
- Multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Initiative and a desire to help others
- Experience in a similar role is preferred and a legal background or exposure will be highly regarded.
