Position Details:
- Greeting clients
- Maintaining a clean and presentable front of house
- Answering general inquiries
- Answering phone calls and directing to relevant staff members
- Creating letters for the PM department to send
- Daily banking and mail runs
- Providing keys for clients or trades as required
- Creating new tenancy files
- Data entry for new landlords or tenants
- Assisting with application checks and scheduling OFI's
- Ad hoc administration including filing, photocopying, or printing
- Monday- Friday
- Salary is up to $65,000 package

- Reception Experience
- Certificate of Registration is preferred
