About the Role:
As the first point of contact within our Ducati Dealership you will need to be genuinely passionate about making people feel welcomed.
Your role includes:
- Registering Vehicles.
- Reconciling daily banking
- Providing courteous and prompt service both in person and over the phone.
- Greeting customers to the dealership and aiding as needed.
- Supporting the team from an administrative point of view.
- Keeping track of stationary & replenishing as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Good computer skills.
- An understanding of vehicle registration.
- Great customer service.
- An understanding of banking.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, honest, and well groomed.
- A motorcycle enthusiast.
