We are seeking a dynamic and organised Receptionist to be the face of our commercial Landscaping business. This position is offered on a full time basis and available for an immediate start. You will be based out of our Head Office in Burswood.
We're looking for somebody who is motivated, capable, and willing to grow with the role.
Responsibilities:As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary and material available.
- Provide administrative support to various departments across multiple states as needed, including managing appointments, handling correspondence, and processing documents.
- Develop positive working relationships with all employees, subcontractors, clients, suppliers, and visitors.
- Manage travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain accurate records for auditing and compliance.
- Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of the position.
- Experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
