SalaryMarquis Macadamias Ltd (MM) owns and operates two of the world’s largest macadamia processing facilities with one located in Lismore in Northern NSW and the second, located in Bundaberg Queensland. MM has a global reputation as a supplier of the highest quality macadamia products for the ingredient and retail markets around the world. We are looking to appoint a motivated Receptionist to work in our Bundaberg factory initially for two days a week looking to expand into a full-time employment role in 2025.
Your core duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest possible standard for our Front Reception in appearance, attitude, and level of service.
- Answer and redirect all incoming phone calls to the relevant department to support our dynamic and growing business.
- Make all visitors to our facility and our Retail Shop feel welcome and ensure excellent Customer Service and complete accuracy in cash handling, reconciliations, and system data entry.
- Maintain the highest level of hygiene and attention to detail to support our reception and meeting rooms to comply with our BRGC standards.
- Assist and provide backup to the Accounts Officer in the Accounts Payable and Receivable role.
- Assist all Operations and Quality Assurance teams to achieve compliance as required and directed.
Your skills and experience must include:
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry whilst exercising a high level of confidentiality.
- Proven ability to adapt and learn in a fast paced and energetic workplace.
Ideal but not essential:
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing administration environment.
