The Role
We are looking for our next superstar, who desires to give their all to their job in a supportive environment where you will be surrounded by an experienced administration and clinical team. In this important role, the successful applicant will act as an information resource and ambassador to patients, the general public, practitioners and staff.
To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate an ability to work independently and within a small team, show initiative and flexibility, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly, caring, and helpful manner.
- Answering phones/emails promptly with the ability to prioritise appropriate tasks.
- Scheduling appointments and diary management.
- Processing of payments and invoices in an efficient manner.
- Building an excellent working relationship with our therapists.
- Carry out general administrative duties including invoicing, debt collection, reporting and auditing.
- Ensuring the clinic is kept in a clean and tidy fashion.
- Assist with accuracy of patient accounts
- Organising equipment and certificate audits.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with our community GP clinics and sporting clubs.
Hours
As this is a casual position the hours do vary based on operational requirements however, we are looking for coverage across 1 to 2 days per week which may include evenings. There also may be opportunity for additional shifts where required by the business.
