Our service are also provided to private clients in our state-of-the-art showroom.
Opportunity:
Due to an internal promotion an opportunity has risen for a dedicated receptionist to join our busy team on a full-time basis. The hours of business operation are 8.00am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00pm Friday.
This role is ready to commence immediately.
The Role:
The duties of the receptionist include but are not limited to:
* Management of a high-volume phone system and communication assistant. Ensuring all phone calls are answered in a timely manner & screened to the appropriate team member. Training will be provided to operate the system, but the willingness to answer phone calls as they arrive is vital.
Taking and recording messages to company process will be required.
* Meet, greet and assist with the requirements of clients and suppliers
* Liaising with clients, builders, sub-contractors & management
* Website enquiries
* Monitoring several inboxes
* Job processing
* Assisting the Office Manager when required
* Scheduling appointments for consultants
* General administration support

* Confident multi-tasker who works well under pressure
* High level of organisation and time management skills
* Exceptional customer service & phone manner
* Must be able to handle high volume of calls
* MYOB (advantage)
* Construction or technology experience (advantage)
