Receptionist & Administration Assistant

Commercial Licensing Specialists is a niche corporate office situated in Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast. We are a tight team of 3, specialising in liquor & gaming licensing throughout Australia. 

This is an entry level role, as there will be a steep learning curve. Initially, the successful applicant will be assisting the in-house partner & consultant. The successfully applicant will be the first point of contact in our office. Duties will include basic reception tasks such as answering the phone, filling and learning the basics of liquor applications. Over time, our new team member will be expected to manage their own applications and there is room to evolve into the consultation side of the business.

Our current team has been in place for 10+ years so we are looking for a committed individual that wants substantial permanency in their career.

We specialise in a niche industry thus experience in liquor licensing is not necessary. However we are seeking someone that has some experience working in a full time reception / admin office role. It would be a bonus if the applicant has law-firm reception experience or para-legal experience.
