Our long established workshop is currently expanding due to increased demand and as a result we are looking for someone special with or without previous experience in the Automotive Industry to become our receptionist.
We are seeking someone who would love the flexibility of working school hours Monday-Friday 9-3pm.
The Responsibilities:
General reception and office administration duties include (but not limited to):
- Greeting and engaging with Customers and building a positive rapport
- Screening and managing incoming telephone calls
- Take telephone bookings and service enquiries over the phone
- Managing and prioritising daily bookings and workload
- Liaise with the Manager/Mechanics to ensure that all work is carried out in the allocated time frame and to the Customer’s satisfaction
- Bookkeeping tasks including supplier and creditor payments, monthly reconciliations, invoicing and payroll using MYOB;
- Updating employee files and company databases;
- Calling suppliers for prices to provide quotes to customers
- Processing payments & warranty claims
- Driver’s Licence is essential - (you may be required to help move cars around within the workshop or deliver/retrieve cars from trade customers)
