We are seeking two dedicated receptionists to join our team on a permanent part-time basis to provide front office and reception duties at our Geelong therapy hub. This is a brand new role intended to be shared between two successful applicants.
THE ROLE:
This role will focus on providing excellent reception services for our NDIS participants as the first point of contact in our therapy hub. The role will also be responsible for demonstrating our values and culture daily to our participants and other team members. This role will work closely and collaboratively with management, therapy hub staff, the intake team and external providers.
Daily tasks may include:
- Welcoming and assisting participants with enquiries and appointments and responding to all enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- General therapy hub presentation, ensuring that the waiting area & consulting rooms are tidy and stocked with relevant and up to date information.
- Obtain and manage client information in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring confidentiality and privacy standards are met.
- Maintaining accurate appointment information and following up with participants if required.

ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or reception role within a similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a broad range of people.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National NDIS Worker Screen Check
