Receptionist - Part-Time

Part time opportunity available, 3 days a week with a Medical Specialist Rooms in Thornton NSW - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Recruit Personnel are currently assisting a Thornton based health specialist in sourcing an experienced Medical Receptionist to work 3 days a week - casual.
To be successful you will portray a professional image, have confident communication skills, empathy and patience.
Your responsibilities will include supporting and welcoming patients, billings, telephone answering and direction, booking of appointments and Dictaphone typing plus associated functions.
Essential criteria:

• Experience as a Receptionist - Medical experience within a specialist field would be highly regarded
• Confident Computer and accurate Touch-Typing Skills
• Excellent Telephone manner and Customer Service Skills

Advantageous:

• Experienced in using Genie Software
• Dictaphone experience
