About the Role
We are looking for a Receptionist to work full-time in our very busy Northcote office. The hours of work are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, answering all incoming calls and greeting visitors to our office.
The role also provides administration support and assistance to both our Sales and Property Management teams.
As such, previous real estate experience is essential.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be confident, well presented, well spoken and have a professional and friendly manner.

- Previous experience in residential real estate.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional and positive demeanour.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Punctual and reliable.
