Receptionist - Telecommunications

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

• Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Visitor Assistance:

• Assist clients and visitors with inquiries and provide relevant information.

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Communication Skills:

• Communicate effectively with internal staff and external clients.
• Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role or customer service position.
• Business Admin Cert 4 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
