Due to significant growth within the company, Websters Lawyers provides the opportunity for a full-time administrative role as a Receptionist in our Ridgehaven office. We are looking for a confident, bright and friendly individual to join our team.
The role will include tasks such as (but not limited to) greeting clients, taking phone calls, appointment scheduling, audio-dictation typing, handling payments, drafting legal documents and opening new files.
We're looking for a mature, highly organised and professional individual with a welcoming, positive and hardworking attitude.
As this is one of our connecting satellite offices, Applicants must be comfortable with working on their own as this is a small office where other Solicitors book in to work from.
Applicants will need to be able to work autonomously and be able to follow set procedures whilst looking out for ways to innovate their role. Previous administration experience is preferred but not necessary for the right candidate as full training will be provided.
Applications will require basic to average computer skills in Excel and Word along with above average typing skills.
