Receptionist – Caravan Park
Monteray Park – Singleton
Located near Singleton NSW we are a small permanent park who is currently looking for a receptionist to join our friendly team.
Weekly hours are Monday to Friday, 4-5 hours per day, additional hours may be required / available to suit business requirements.
Reporting to the Office Manager your duties will include but not limited to;
- Managing the day-to-day office administration.
- Answering incoming phone calls and making reservations.
- Following booking policies.
- Attend to guest's enquiries, requests and issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Accurately maintain the Caravan Park booking system.
- Accounts Receivable.
- Maintenance of fixed term and short-term agreements, including but not limited to renewals, tenant history checks and verifications.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with residents and guest.
- On occasion long term residence outgoing and ingoing cleaning
To be successful in this role you would ideally have:
- Some reception experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A willingness to follow procedure and ability to use initiative.
- Friendly personality.
