Duties

• Be the face of the business on reception
• Work closely with the Admin Manager
• Meet and greet
• Assist with general admin tasks
• Assist with Accounts Rec & Payable

  
Skills and Experience

• Previous exp in this type of role
• Previous accounts exp is essential
• You’re reliable and self-motivated
• You have a pleasant telephone manner
• You’re happy to assist where needed
• Exp in Pronto & Microsoft office applications highly desirable
