Ngulla Mia provides a person-centred environment, where you will be working with residents in a trauma informed way, providing individualised support and recovery-based group work. Recovery Worker will be responsible for developing individualised recovery plans with residents, facilitating regular recovery-based groups and 1:1 keywork sessions. The Male position is a full-time position, offering 75 hours per fortnight.
This will include one night (1-9pm per week) and occasional weekends. The other Recovery Worker position is a part-time role, offering 60 hours per fortnight. Other responsibilities include
