Recruitment Officer

HR Partners by Randstad has an opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join our government client site in Brisbane's CBD. This role is a temporary role, Monday to Friday until December 2024 with a potential extension. The role is paying $44.49 per hour and is hybrid.

About the role:
Provide quality, proactive and timely customer support for teacher talent acquisition activities, including hiring manager and candidate communication and correspondence.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Teacher Recruitment Officers across the teacher recruitment team to ensure consistency of approach and quality of recruitment processes.
Support Teacher Recruitment Specialists to ensure compliance with applicable recruitment legislation, policy, procedures and practices.
Contribute to opportunities for continuous improvement of teacher recruitment processes, including identifying opportunities for enhancements.
Maintain relevant computer systems to update vacancy and candidate progress records and monitor recruitment requisitions for delays or blockages.
Extract recruitment data from relevant systems when requested, providing insights where possible.
Foster an equitable, ethical and safe work environment.

About the individual:
Previous recruitment industry/education experience would be well regarded
High level communication skills
High level organisation and prioritisation skills
Ability to work effectively with little supervision and as part of a team.
Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge in talent acquisition (Springboard) and ticketing (ServiceNow) systems.
Government recruitment experienced, highly desirable
Candidates must be based in Brisbane as this is a temporary role
Candidates must have full right to work in Australia and able to work full-time hours
