As the RMC-National Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of finance, administration and contract administration specialists. You and your team will be responsible for supporting development of maintenance budgets, national business process administration, central contracts and network communications.
You will work closely with the Director RMC-National, a national network of business and commercial managers and other functional leads.
About our Team
RMC-National is the coordination and intelligence centre of Navy's maritime maintenance network. Based at Garden Island in Sydney, we support Regional Maintenance Centres (RMCs) in Cairns, Darwin, WA and at Garden Island, by:
- Leading development of network processes and systems
- Standardising how we do business as a network
- Analysing network performance to generate insights to drive improved decision making.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholder groups including industry and other government organisations.
