Sales & Events Coordinator at YOT Club
YOT Club, the premier luxury yacht charter company, is seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team. As the Sales & Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing events, and fostering client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads efficiently using HubSpot
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline within designated timeframes
- Recommend and select products tailored to individual customer needs
- Communicate with customers via site inspections, phone calls, and emails to understand their requirements
- Handle objections effectively during phone calls to facilitate deal conversions
- Assist Sales Executive/Manager in developing sales and marketing strategies
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry research to boost sales
- Complete administrative tasks including charter agreements, invoices, and BEOs for each deal
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for private charter events
- Monitor sales numbers against budgets and track lead conversion times
- Identify opportunities for follow-up and improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry associates
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and familiarization trips to expand YOT Group’s network
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to contribute to the overall sales strategy
- Utilize software platforms effectively to streamline processes and maximize efficiency
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and event coordination highly regarded
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot, or ability to learn and adapt to new software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is highly regarded but not essential
