Your Role: As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, driving results and fostering a culture of success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and empower your sales team to deliver exceptional service and drive results.
- Leadership: Provide clear direction, management, and inspirational leadership to your team, fostering a culture of success.

- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ASIC and company policies and procedures, maintaining impeccable standards.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with corporate offices and sales sites, collaborating effectively across departments.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Sales Mastery: Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, with a minimum of 2+ years, including people management and objection handling.
- Holiday Ownership Expertise: Previous timeshare or holiday ownership experience is essential for success in this role.
- Closing Powerhouse: Proven track record of closing sales and mastering negotiation techniques.
- Coaching Excellence: Experience in training, motivating, and inspiring individuals to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Dynamic and flexible approach to operations, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in comprehensive reporting, computer skills, and administrative tasks.
