Seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Representative to join a dynamic sales team working for an established Manufacturing company based in North West Sydney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers and driving sales growth within their assigned territory. The Sales Representative will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Growth: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of products/services. Effectively communicate product specifications and advantages to customers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to achieve overall company goals. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product updates and sales techniques.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative within the manufacturing or automotive industries is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
