This senior role offers an exciting opportunity to:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to win business from key Higher Education players in Australia
- Lead and guide bid teams, crafting compelling proposals that address customers’ critical IT and services needs
- Cultivate deep relationships with target accounts’ decision makers up to C level, understanding their buying dynamics and pain points
- Leverage our client’s IT expertise to evangelise their comprehensive product portfolio of IT services and solutions.
- Partner effectively with internal teams, and 3rd party solutions providers if required, bridging the gap between customer’s needs and tech-driven solutions.
OTE: up to circa $400K (60/40) + super + accelerators
Location: Sydney or Melbourne
About You
- Minimum 10 years of consultative sales experience, backed by a proven track record of winning multimillion dollars contracts in the Higher Education sector in Australia
- Demonstrated track record of winning new businesses and logos
- Relationships with decision makers within major Higher Education businesses and Universities
- In-depth understanding of the Education IT landscape, value chain, encompassing operations, infrastructure, digital transformation, and security solutions.
- Experience working with IT services and consulting services providers
- Comfortable engaging with and presenting to C-level executives, and Senior Business and technology leaders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work within a large, matrixed and multicultural company environment
- Full working rights in Australia
