The Role
The Senior Executive Assistant will Support the CFO who has a broad remit and demanding schedule, so will suit an EA who relishes a fast-paced and varied role. A professional who can stay one step ahead using their well-honed organisational and time management skills to full effect.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for the CFO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and any travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritising communications as needed.
- Coordinate and organise events, conferences, and other special projects
- Prepare and edit correspondence and other documents on behalf of the CFO.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all internal and external relationships, engagements, and communications.
- Anticipate the needs of the CFO and proactively address administrative requirements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations for office efficiencies and cost savings.
- Processing of Corporate Expenses include issuing purchase orders.
- Assist with WH&S, Technology and HR administration support.
About You
To thrive in this position you will be a positive, friendly, outgoing, and down to earth EA with excellent communication skills. Someone who is confident, professional, resilient, and proactive who demonstrates ownership and initiative.
The ideal background and skillset required are:
- 5 years’ experience supporting Leadership Teams/Executives/C-Suite.
- The confidence and emotional maturity needed to work at a senior level.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask, while ensuring a high quality of work.
- High level of attention to detail and preplanning and proactiveness.
- Able to work autonomously and make independent decisions whilst working collaboratively with a broad range of internal stakeholders.
- You will have a high standard of ethics and maintaining confidentiality.
