An award winning Mortgage Broker located in North Sydney are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking to further expand their team.

2. This is small business - there is no buck passing here, if you become aware of an issue you take ownership and follow it through, that includes everything from something to fix for a client to the bins need emptying. Everyone gets a turn at making coffee.

3. You have to put our clients interests first, at the end of the day we serve them well and they appreciate it, and you can go home satisfied of a job well done.

4. Attention to detail and solutions focussed, you're going to be challenged to pull pieces together in complex deals

5. An exceptional job is the aim of the game.

6. Looking for someone who can speak Mandarin& English & Cantonese

7. Minimum of certificate IV in finance and mortgage broking

8.Expertise in personal finance and risk assessment.

9.Familiarity with banking and financial legislation and regulations.

10.Strong numerical and analytical skills.

11.Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

12.Keen understanding of mortgage underwriting procedures.

13.Be up to date on economic, product, and market trends.

14.Ability to build trust with clients, lenders, and real estate agents.

15.Experience with AOL

We provide：

1.No less than$300W loan amount of leads per month, you need to win the deal through your own expertise and service.

Prerequisite for tips:

1.1 must be in full attendance

1.2After obtaining a lead, you must UPDATE the case lead to your supervisor and the system within 3 working days

1.3 Complete the Broker's job duties in accordance with the company's compliance workflow.

1.4Comply with the company's administrative rules and regulations.

2. Free MKT support (online & offline) for new brokers in our first year

3. After passing the probationary period, Provide a collaborative referral channel to help build a regular referral pipeline.

4. Effective company system platform with a professional broker back office, to help you simplify the workload, and improve work efficiency and accuracy. Free up your time. Get more possibilities for business opportunities.

5. As the age of service or performance KPIs reach a certain amount, your upfront and trail increase proportionally.

6. Up to 15% extra bonus for overage after KPIs are met.

7.Working Devices will be provided to you, such as mobile phones, laptop
