Are you a Property Manager looking for a change?
PRD Adamstown are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management Team at our Adamstown office.
In this role you will be provided with regular training, up to date software, administrative support, a company vehicle, and company mobile phone.
Prior experience is essential and additional training will be provided as required.
In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of Property Management with minimum weekend work and a manageable portfolio size.

Qualifications & experience
• Minimum 4 Years previous Property Management experience.
• NSW Real Estate license will be required.
• High level attention to detail, personal presentation, and organisation.
• Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills.
• Work as part of a team with the ability to clearly delegate.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The utmost professionalism and ethical standards
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships
• A valid driver's licence
• Tech savvy, with the ability to master new software quickly
• Not essential, but a bonus if you have experience with PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, VaultRE.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional service and communication to your landlords and tenants
• Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required
• Maintenance
• Routine, Ingoing and Outgoing Inspections
• Leasing, lease renewals and rent increases
• Arrears follow up
• Delivering exceptional customer service
