Growers Services (The Group) is an accredited Kubota farm machinery group of dealerships that operate in Mildura, Swan Hill, Griffith, Berri, Ballarat, Renmark and Echuca. Despite our size, we are a family run business with multiple family members working full time in the business.
The Group has been in business since 1946, and our mission is to make a significant contribution to the success of our client’s business operations by providing them with the very best products, service and support. The Group currently employs approximately 100 staff.
Due to growth we are looking to expand our service department.
About the role
A fantastic opportunity is available for an self-motivated individual to join our service team here in Ballarat. It is a full-time role as a Service Administrator.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the successful applicant will be required to work in a fast paced & autonomous work environment looking after the service departments administration. This includes answering phone calls, job bookings, time recording, RO opening and closing, assistance with day to day service department operations and providing outstanding customer service to our valued customers.
