They hold onto the majority of their developments and there is a major focus on delivering high quality assets. They are looking for a Site Operations Manager to work across multiple projects and provide leadership to their current Site Manager's.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Construction you will be responsible for
- Monitor the construction program and assist the Site Manager on ensuring all programs are being met.
- Problem solve buildability issues on site that arise.
- Provide support and develop Site Manager's at the company.
- Ensure all QA and OH&S procedures are followed at the company.
You will ideally have worked at a commercial/apartment builder and have a strong background delivering projects in the range of $10-40 mil range. This role will suit candidates that are looking to progress from a Site Manager role and work across multiple projects. You will be able to use your technical expertise to mentor and develop Site Manager's at the company.
