The Role:
Based from their clinic in South Melbourne, as a Speech Pathologist you'll primarily work with children ages 3-18, supporting them with neuro conditions like ASD, ADHD and Cerebral Palsy. With focus on neuro affirming therapies, your role in multidisciplinary teams will be crucial in program development. You'll have opportunities for clinic-based work, along with the ability to conduct home and school visits if you choose.
Work from their modern clinic spaces while you are focus on providing quality support to clients and collaborate with others in your team. You will have a gradually increasing caseload based on your comfortability as a clinician.
How you will be supported:
- Weekly dedicated supervision with their lead Speech Pathologist as well as support from an external supervisor as needed
- Be supported within a team of more than 15 clinicians with opportunities to collaborate across disciplines
- Gradually increasing caseload as you gain more experience and comfortability
- Shadowing opportunities with their Senior Speech Pathologists
- Salary of $73K - $105K + superannuation
- In clinic role located in South Melbourne
- Minimal outreach work to clients required

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
