We have an exciting and involving opportunity for the right candidate. Our full time Team Leader position is a great position within our management team available for immediate start in our Albury practice. The Team Leader role is a diverse role fit for an all-round efficient leader, become the leader of our fantastic practice team today!
Training and mentoring available in this role for a candidate with leadership skills. A thorough handover and induction will be provided, ongoing support with the great team onsite.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Supporting the whole team to ensure a smooth running practice
- Implementing new policies, procedures and manuals.
- Oversee inventory and ordering of vaccinations/consumables/stationary
- Processing reports through Best Practice for various data and financial purposes
- Manage the Reception, doctor and nursing staff roster
- Management of the practice payment methods including Medicare batching and overseeing the Tyro & Hicaps reconciliation.
- Oversee the management of third-party accounts.
- Overseeing Debtors management
- PRODA Management
- Liaise with the PHN and execute quality improvement throughout the practice
- Ensure the practice maintains accreditation
- Hold staff and clinical meetings within the practice
Essential Criteria:
- Leadership experience preferred
- People management experience preferred
- Ability to lead a diverse practice team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service
- Experience with Best Practice Software is preferred though training is provided
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate to a diverse range of staff, doctors and patients.
