About the Role
V&V Walsh is looking for a motivated individual to join the Training Office. Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Administrator will ensure that all company employees are provided with a formal induction and initial task training prior to commencing duties and follow-up training as required.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and administer the Company Training Programs.
- Ensure formal Inductions are provided to all new employees, including issuing of PPE and conduct site tour of facilities / departments.
- Maintain Induction & Training records for all V&V Walsh employees for the duration of their employment.
- Ensure follow-up training of new employees.
- Ensure refresher training of all employees annually or when the job description has changed, and new training is provided to employees when changing jobs.
- Assess trainees on tasks and deem competent if successful.
- Liaise with Supervisors on training needs.
- Remain updated with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) requirements and policies.
- Endorse and promote Company Policy on Training, Quality Assurance and Company values.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in related field
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment is favored but not required
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Experience in data entry and record management
- Practical understanding of OH&S practices as they relate to the workplace
