You will be an experienced Account Manager with a customer centric and growth mindset.
THE ROLE
You will:-
- be a highly motivated sales and key account management professional
- be accountable for nurturing, consulting with and growing an existing top tier global account
- nurture and develop strategic client relationships
- be responsible for hitting and surpassing revenue growth targets for "your" key account
- provide operational and commercial leadership to all client and internal stakeholders
- be a consummate professional who is highly experienced, committed, passionate, tenacious and solutions driven
- report directly to the Managing Director
- be responsible for building customer loyalty through capable and practical commercial leadership
- optimising client retention and significant expansion opportunities
- have a flair for B2B sales and major account growth with large complex clients
- be data driven and have a structured approach to developing solutions with complex clients
- ideally have experience in food equipment, FMCG, food retail or pharmacy markets
- be an expert in building relationships and trust at all levels
- be comfortable and confident developing executive management reporting
- have a continuous improvement mindset
- have a strong attention to detail and verbal and written fluency in English
- be known for the strength of the relationships you have developed
- be highly self disciplined and results oriented
- take pride in your work and delivering on your commitments
- be committed to growing your commercial responsibilities and career
