GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for providing a full range of professional accounting services to Clients, assisting the Partners in overseeing a portfolio of Business and Professional Clients.                           

Ideally, this is a full-time position with immediate start. 

However, we are willing to negotiate flexible working arrangements or part time employment for the right Candidate.

Minimum Required Experience: 

• Minimum 3 years accounting experience in a Professional Practice
• Excellent working knowledge of accounting software

Responsibilities / Accountable for:

• Provide assistance to Partners in functions such as: 
  • preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns and Activity Statement for all entities
  • processing of client data using software such as QuickBooks Online, MYOB and Xero,
  • Business Advisory Services including Management Reporting,  Budgets and Cashflow Statements
• Provide support to our Audit Team for in-house and site Audits 
• Monitoring, reviewing and liaising with Clients regarding compliance requirements
• Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office, software providers etc

Salary will range from $ 70,000 to $ 90,000 + super – depending on qualifications and experience.
