Our busy Law Firm is seeking a professional individual who is looking for a long-term employment opportunity within a fun and vibrant team.
Requirements:
- Experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Experience in Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook and Excel
- Experience Trust Accounting (Preferred but not necessary)
- Experience in MYOB (Preferred but not necessary)
- Professional customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work without supervision
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Main Task’s and Duties:
- Answering of all incoming phone calls
- Supporting Accounts Manager (AP, AR, Statements, Reconciliations)
- Examine and Verify data
- Organising consultations and manage calendars
- Organising and filing of business and client documents
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Preparation of documents for use by Solicitors
- General admin support
This position is full-time from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with a Salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 (+ Super) based on individuals experience.
