TASOCS Pty Ltd is a West Australian family-owned private company established in 1986 that consists of a highly skilled team in the reverse engineering design, manufacture, refurbishment and service of Heat Transfer Equipment, we strive to provide innovative solutions on all projects.
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Administrator 30 hours per week to join our office in Welshpool WA.
ABOUT THE ROLE
TASOCS is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable / Administrator with solid Accounts Payable/receivable and customer service experience. We envisage a person who has approx. 3-5 years’ experience who is looking to take that next step. You will need excellent communication skills as you will be working with a variety of team members, and will need to multi task on a daily basis with flexibility and the ability to prioritise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts Payable processing including solving queries with POs
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up outstanding invoices
- Maintain office supplies, arranging freight, and various clerical / administration duties
- Provide support to the team as and when required
- Bank / Credit Card Reconciliations
- Entering Timesheets for Jobs
- Payroll back up
- Maintain various Excel spreadsheets
- Assist in regular stock control / counts
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience / understanding of Purchase Orders
- Great customer service skills (internal and external)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and MYOB (Exo an advantage but not essential)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proactive and Inquisitive with an attention to detail.
