Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for an established Investment company with a unique business model based and located in the Melbourne CBD
Working within a new finance team, this role will require the successful candidate to work in a high volume, fast paced environment with a team that is goal-orientated and driven for success.
This role is suited towards an aspiring finance professional with 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience, however Proven end-to-end Accounts Payable experience with Dynamics or a large-scale ERP system and the ability to meet month end deadlines will also give the successful candidate the upper hand.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
- High volume invoice and data processing
- Ensuring authorisations are correct
- Entering and reconciling invoices
- Resolving Supplier queries
- Account and statement reconciliations
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
Your Profile
To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
- Confident in processing end-to-end Accounts Payable duties
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Microsoft Dynamics or other large scale ERP system experience
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to start immediately
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team or independently
The successful candidate will be immediately available.

This role is 5 days on site, with a long-term potential for permanency growth
