We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join the Mortgages Team in Melbourne.

· Prior experience in either an administrator and / or receptionist role.
· Opening new files, preparing letters and correspondence
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organisational and administrative skills.

· Ability to build connections and work collaboratively, as well as autonomously.
