Administration Assistant

We provide services ranging from courier deliveries to semi trailers including home and office removals and new furniture deliveries. Due to ongoing growth we are currently seeking a new team member in a full time Accounts / Administration role.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Answering incoming telephone calls promptly and positively
- Processing Account Queries
- Control and ordering of Stationery and Workwear
- Production of regular reports using Excel
- Reconciliation / checking of supplier invoices
- Reconciliation of RCTI clients using Excel
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks
- Assist with all accounts processes as required
REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant will have at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, high level written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
