We are looking for an entry level Administration Assistant to join our close knit admin team as a general all rounder.
This role is integral to the day-to-day transactional operations of the dealership and acts as the link between our internal departments to ensure efficient performance. The goal of the team is to ensure the administration and accounting processes of the dealership are completed to a high standard.
Based from our Ford site in Wodonga you will have a diverse range of tasks that provide administrative support to all of our departments.
The successful candidate will complete various clerical tasks such as answering phones, data entry, filing, scanning, handling mail and bookkeeping

This role would suit someone with reception experience looking for the next step in their career. Previous admin experience is valued but not essential as all training will be done on the job.
