Administration Assistant

I & L Rizzato & Sons is a fresh produce business based on the Granite Belt region that grows, packs and distributes fruit. The business has continuously evolved over the years to produce high quality fruit and meet the changing needs of consumers. I & L Rizzato & Sons is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join the team.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

• Assisting with daily administration tasks including but not limited to invoicing, data entry, filing, assisting with the payroll process and record management.
• Liasing directly with packing shed management. 
• Communicating with fresh produce customers.
• Assisting with scheduling bookings and appointments.
• Managing incoming communications via phone, email and post.
• Assisting with Quality Assurance processes.
• Assisting with the onboarding and recruiting processes.
• Various other duties as required. 

Requirements:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to use Microsoft programs (word, excel and outlook).
• Experience in a busy working environment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a hardworking attitude. 
• Dedicated and willing to adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Willing to work some weekends. 
• Driver’s license is essential.
