This position is a full-time role based at our offices in, Epping, Victoria. Flexible Hours available.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Collection & Sorting of Driver paperwork
- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation and completion of necessary records, reports and paperwork.
- Attending to customer Email & Phone queries
- Scanning Documents
- Monitoring chain of responsibility requirements to ensure all drivers and trucks used comply.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to assist in achieving optimal delivery outcomes.
- Data entry of freight bookings into Transport Management System
- Liasing with Drivers
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience working in the transport industry in operations/Admin
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of transport operational procedures
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic team environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent problem Solving / Researching Skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft products Outlook, Word and Excel
