The Role
Due to an internal restructure, this organisation is seeking the support of an experienced Administrator to support across adminsitration and reception duties on a part time basis, Monday - Friday 12pm to 5pm.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Setting up for internal and external meetings
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Support to the office manager and IT manager
- Administration functions
- Coordination of office events
