About the role
Coleraine District Health Service are seeking applications for an organised and enthusiastic Administration Assistant who is team orientated with excellent communication, computer skills and a can-do attitude.
You will provide customer centred reception, administrative assistance and clerical support to the managers, staff, residents, patients and the community ensuring that the administrative needs of the organisation are maintained at a high standard for effective service delivery requirements and outcomes. Administrative duties include but are not limited to maintaining medical records, banking, general filing, documentation and lodging of claims, and management of booking systems.
The suitable person requires a professional manner, alignment with the organisational values and well-established computer skills.

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police/NDIS Check.
