The Role
Your duties will include, however will not be limited to:
- First point of contact for clients
- Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
- Data entry and maintenance
- Filing, both electronically and physically
- Adhoc administrative duties
- Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
- Processing legal documentation and procedures using multiple systems
- Assistance to lead Account Manager
The Person
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous experience within an Administrative role (preferred)
- Have a pleasant and professional phone manner
- Be quick to learn new systems and processes
- Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Have some knowledge of Civil Litigation or Collections (not essential)
