About The Role:

Salvos Stores are looking for motivated Administration Assistantto join our retail support team at our new Carole Park multisite facility.

Come join our team as an Administration Assistant - Clerical Level 3 and play an essential role in supporting the Salvos Stores retail team, undertaking a diverse range of admin tasks, where no two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical activities.
  • Assist with data input and management and record keeping as required by salvos stores.
  • Assist store and area managers with general enquiries and business functions, and liaise between different parties within salvos stores and the broader organisation.
  • Manage ordering processes for items in line with current Salvation Army protocols.
  • Support the production of a wide range of documents and media content as required by salvos stores.
About You:
  • Prior administrative experience or qualifications highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and action them effectively.
